Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you full catalog access, single comparisons, and watermarked PDF exports — enough to make a real decision. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades keep you on your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my saved comparison sets if I downgrade?
Your saved sets are never deleted on downgrade. You keep full read access — some features (like watermark-free export) become restricted, but nothing disappears from your account.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you roughly 25% compared to paying monthly — toggle between the two on the pricing cards above. You can switch billing cadence at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe. Your payment details never touch our servers directly.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, email support and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Do I need a paid plan to use the API?
API access ships with the Team plan. Programmatic access to the catalog, dimensions, and comparison endpoints is useful for embedding into your own tooling or building cross-shopping flows.
Will prices increase after I subscribe?
Your rate is locked in for as long as you remain on the same plan. If we adjust pricing in the future, existing subscribers keep their current rate.
